We are looking for an independent and self-starter QA/Test Engineer Intern to join our software team for 12 months and support the development of virtual instruments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Break AU, VST, AAX and Standalones every way possible on multiple platforms
• Write test procedures, Automate tests and execute them (AU, VST, AAX, Standalone)
• Capture bugs, prioritise them with the team and monitor their resolution
• Exchange constructively with beta testers & the product team to build the right products
• Contribute to sound design and customer support

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Audio and Music Tech BSc, MSc in Software Engineering Students or equivalent as part of UK or EU-based higher or further education courses
• You are passionate about electronic music production and music production software
• You are passionate about all synths and sound design
• You are an expert with at least one DAW and know your way around plugins expertly
• You are competent with macOS and Windows operating systems.
• You are independent yet a great collaborator and team-mate
• You have an analytical mind and welcome constructive feedback
• Knowledge of a scripting language (Basic, Python or other) is a plus
• Knowledge of Max/PureData is a plus
