Instrument options: Upgrading and Registering

Special installation note for Mac users.

Apple's Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8) incorporates 'Gatekeeper' which causes issues with existing installers and inevitably requires an update. Right now our main focus is on 64-bit versions. So we don't get sidetracked, we're putting this update on the back burner for a bit. There is a workaround as follows:

1. Download the installer you require
2. Locate the instrument installer
3. Hold down the Control key and click on the installer
4. Select “Open” from the menu that appears
5. Select "Open Anyway"
