If you have already registered, please make sure you have the latest version of the instrument or plug-in installed by logging in to your account and checking there allocated version there.

Please have the following information to hand and include it on the support form, together with exact symptoms of the problem - the more precise you are, the quicker we can help. "it crashed" doesn't usually do it. What's more effective is to describe what happens and what you expected to happen. Also please let us know if your problem occurred after any software updates or if it's a recurring problem.
