If you have already registered, please make sure you have the latest version of the instrument installed on your system. The latest version can be found in My Instruments.
If you have checked the FAQs and installed the latest version but still require help, please fill in the form on the right.
Please include as much information on the support form, together with exact symptoms of the problem - the more precise you are, the quicker we can help.
"it crashed", doesn't usually do it!
What's more effective is to describe what happens and what you expected to happen. Also please let us know if your problem occurred after any software updates or if it's a recurring problem.
Support Upgrades
Discount coupons for upgrades at a preferential rate of £60.00 inclusive of VAT (£50.00 Plus VAT) are available to the following customers.

Registered M-Tron users who wish to upgrade to M-Tron Pro
In order to obtain a discount coupon for this preferential rate please make sure your account email is up-to-date, then enter the serial number and select the product you have previously purchased here. You can then redeem this coupon against a full version of impOSCar2 or M-Tron Pro in the shop during checkout
If you do not have your serial number (Key/Reg Code) to hand, provided you have already registered your instrument, it can be found via My Account.
All our prices are given in £UK including VAT. As a British company, this is a legal obligation.
If you are buying from outside the European Union, the VAT element is removed after you have entered your address and hit the "Review order" button in 'Checkout'.
Conversion to other currencies is handled by your payment provider.
