License Transfers
GForce Software License Transfer Policy
When you purchase a GForce Software instrument you are effectively purchasing a license to use the instrument within your own music projects. This license is the right given to a single person to use the associated instrument.
A GForce Software Instrument cannot be resold without obtaining an advance license transfer. These are granted at our discretion and provided the following conditions are met:
- As the registered user and license holder you notify us of the name of
the plug-in to be transferred (Oddity, M-Tron etc)
- You notify us of the account name at www.gforcesoftware.com containing
the registered plug-in you wish to transfer.
- You inform us of the account name at www.gforcesoftware.com to whom the
registered plug-in will be transferred.
- The person to whom the licence is to be transferred is made fully aware by yourself that his plug-in will become an NFR and is Not For Resale or for transfer any further.
License transfers can take up to 72 hours to process and once complete you will be informed by email and must immediately notify the new license holder and delete all transferred plug-ins from your computer.
NB - If you do attempt to resell a GForce Instrument without obtaining an advance license transfer the buyer will not be able to use the product because it remains registered and licensed to you.
